AFS+RAID, redux

For those of you running AFS+RAID configurations:

1) whose Raid units are you using? (satisfied with them?)
2) what's your comfort level in terms of max array 
   size per single file server (or even for those that
   aren't using RAID configuration - max amount of 
   available disk space)?
