[help] about crate a new cell

when I crating a new ASF cell , I came into some problems

and I can't find discription about this problem

show as follows

What can I do?

ps.my hostname is "root.cycu.edu.tw"
          cellname is   " cycu.edu.tw"
          centOS 4.5

Did you start bosserver with -noauth?

http://openafs.org/pages/doc/QuickStartUnix/auqbg005.htm#HDRWQ50
        Issue the bosserver command. Include the -noauth flag to disable
        authorization checking.=20
          =20
           # /usr/afs/bin/bosserver -noauth &
       =20
        ...
       =20
        Issue the bos setcellname command to set the cell name.=20
          =20
           # cd /usr/afs/bin
             =20
           # ./bos setcellname <machine name> <cell name> -noauth
