AFS v.3.6_2.5 Base for Win2K

Hi all,

Below is what I received from Transarc who has been working with
Microsoft. 
With the new services.exe the client is working. But, there still seems
to be an issue with SMS and AFS with regards to CPU. Generally the
problem seems to crop up after a period of inactivity/screensaver/sleep
mode. The CPU goes to around 100% and never comes back.
