Authentication tools (looking for an ADM alternative)

I`m sorry I was not clear in my previous mail. 

I looking for an ADM alternative. 

I `m searching for an application tool that give an admin 
 authentication for users.
I would vary much appreciate it if you could help me 
it this matter in any way.
